National Association of Home Builders

National Association of Home Builders NAHB is a Washington, DC based trade association whose mission is to enhance the climate for housing and building industry. Chief among NAHB's goal is providing and expanding opportunities for all consumers to have safe, decent and affordable housing. As "the voice of America's housing industry," NAHB helps promote policies that will keep housing a national priority.


Florida Home Builder's Association

The mission of the Florida Home Builders Association, a professional trade organization comprised of local associations and affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders, is to serve its members by striving for a successful building environment throughout the state. FHBA members and their 300,000 employees produce more than $40 billion annual impact on Florida's economy.


Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando

The Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando is a professional trade association, recognized as the voice and leadership of the housing and building industry in Central Florida.


Their purpose is to represent and promote the industry, monitor and take a proactive role in governmental and regulatory activities that impact the industry, educate the public and provide programs and services that enhance our members' ability to do business in a professional and competent manner.


The Remodelors Council (TM)

The NAHB Remodelors Council represents and serves the interests of the remodeling industry members in the council and the NAHB's overall membership of more than 205,000 individuals and companies.


The Remodelors Council is committed to improved management and technical competency of council members, excellence in service to the consumer and to effective government representation of remodelors' interests at the federal, state and local levels.


Certified Graduate Remodelor (TM) (CGR)

An exclusive professional designation. The program confers CGR credentials on those in the remodeling field who meet its prescribed standards of business experience and practices and who complete the program's educational requirements. CGR is designed to increase remodelers' professional credibility by identifying those who demonstrate exceptional business integrity, competence and a solid track record of consumer satisfaction.


Through its continuing education requirements, the CGR program improves a remodeler's business expertise.


National Association of Home Builders/Remodelor 20 Club


Modeled on NAHB's highly successful Builder 20 Clubs, Remodelor 20 clubs offer a unique, personalized learning and networking experience. Membership is limited to 20 remodelors from non-competing markets who gather twice a year to learn from one another through open discussion and sharing of information.


Remodeling Magazine's "Big 50"

In 2003, Remodeling magazine, one of the industry's leading publications, named Jonathan McGrath as one of the nation's "Big 50" remodeling companies in the nation. As stated by Remodeling magazine's editor, "This award recognizes excellence and leadership, and the companies who belong to this select group set an example for the rest of the industry."


Bonded Builders Home Warranty Association

Bonded Builders Home Warranty Association is dedicated to improving the quality of new and remodeled homes by providing a written promise of quality construction and warranty performance. Only builders and remodelers who meet their rigid standards are admitted to this warranty program. They must agree to an inspection for their remodeling projects by a construction industry specialist and meet all applicable local and state codes.


Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist

Remaining in one's home safely, independently, and comfortably, regardless of age, income, or ability level. It means the pleasure of living in a familiar environment throughout one's maturing years, and the ability to enjoy the familiar daily rituals and the special events that enrich all our lives.
